If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items to the original payment method.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes
All website prices and payments are stated in United States dollars (USD), unless expressly indicated otherwise. Fulfillment and Shipping
Products are shipped directly from China by a third-party supplier to customers in the United States. Order processing normally takes 2 to 4 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery period is 7 to 12 business days. These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
Items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. Shipping details and further information are provided in our Shipping Policy. If your order has not arrived after the stated delivery period, contact support@mervald.com so we can investigate and assess the appropriate remedy under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Refund requests must be submitted to support@mervald.com within 30 days of the product's delivery. Our refund policy covers products that arrive damaged, incorrect items, orders not delivered after the stated maximum delivery period, and dissatisfaction reported within the 30-day period with a photograph of the product. Claims may be reviewed using the information and evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
We do not require customers to physically return products. When a refund is approved, the customer may keep or discard the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
