Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Mervald at https://mervald.com. Mervald is operated by NORFELD COMPANY LLC, a United States limited liability company, with its registered address at 1439 TAMARIND AVE APT 202, LOS ANGELES, CA 90028, United States. Shipping Destinations
Mervald currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the United States are not eligible for fulfillment.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Time
Products are dispatched directly from China by a third-party fulfillment supplier. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after shipment. Including processing, the estimated total time is 9 to 16 business days from payment confirmation, excluding delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, adverse weather, holidays, incorrect shipping details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an order has not arrived after the stated delivery window, please contact support@mervald.com so we can investigate and evaluate the request under our Return and Refund Policy.
Multiple Shipments
Items purchased in the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities and delivered in separate packages on different dates. Separate tracking details may be issued for each package.
Tracking and Shipping Notifications
When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through the order status page. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch. Customers should review their order confirmation and shipping notifications for updates.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are disclosed during checkout before an order is placed. The final shipping charge depends on the order and the options displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees
Because orders ship from China, they may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, import taxes, tariffs, or customs processing charges. Any such charges assessed in connection with importation or delivery are the customer's responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a charge is expressly included in the checkout total. These charges are not controlled by Mervald and may vary by shipment and applicable customs rules.
Delivery Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete delivery information at checkout. If an address needs correction, contact support@mervald.com promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, or if an order has not been delivered after the applicable estimated delivery window, please contact support@mervald.com. We may request order details and relevant delivery information to investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
